so my first show seeing them was warped 06 i met them at their signing thing... hugs and all that good jazz.. and a picture taken and a poser signed. nash was pretty quite and so were the rest of them... but Ben called me sweetie and that moment has basically been ingrained (sp?) in my brain... heaven on earth...
then their show with tBS and underoath they signed stuff after their set and i went and ben and i had a conversation about the new song and cd and stuff and pj and anthony and i were just talking about how much they rock i told them they were my favorite band and how i only went to that show to see them (which was true) and they gave me high fives. pretty damn sweet. and the best part....
BEN WAS WEARING A SWEATER VEST!!!!! Ben in sweater vest=gorgeousness.

i didnt meet ben at a concert.
i met him at the mall.
best day of my life, no lie.
i cried for an hour.
i was in awe all day of how amazing the day had been.
the story is amazing.

tell! wow thats awesome. yeah i wouldve cried too. i always end up crying at the end of their shows... but never when i meet them.. its strange.

i wanted to meet them @ warped 05.. but they didnt show up.
but i met them last year at warped..greatest day of my life..
well actually i met them.. and i was just such in shock that MEETING them didnt go over too well and i though it was the worst thing. i imagined it in my head so much differently .. but then later on in the day i met ben again how it should have been and THAT was the greatest moment ever. i havent officially met anthony yet though.. but pj and nash and ben are the greatest guys. as of last wednesday i re-meet pj and nash too.. so that went down as 2nd greatest day.

i've pretty much met some of them everytime ive seen them. but the last time i saw them danny, the merchguy/tour manager, said that they left already to fly to texas for sxsw. so i went to my car to get the stickers. not expecting to see them and i see nash w/his gf walking towards the airport shuttle van. i walk past them and run into ben. he talked to us for a while, then he had to go. it was fun.

i LOVE danny.
he was the highlight of my whole night!

Well I didn't get hugs or anything like that.

But I did get an amazing sign for Lanie, which ben was really great about.
plus he has like the cutest smile in the picture!

PeterJames recognized me from myspace haha.
he was like "I know you! I approved your comment today!"
and I was pretty much in awe about that.

I talked to Nashlickk abit, cause he looked real tired.

yea, that was pretty much my night that I met them.
the first time I ever saw them in concert, and I got to meet them!

Plus, I also got to hang with Haley which was absolutely amazing as well!

nash was the first one to remember me and then this year at the TBS tour Ben was first to remember me.
they are the sweetest and greatest guys EVER.

dang when they came last week i so couldnt get in cuz Exodus is 21+ and so i just had to watch outside from their window things. at the end i REALLY RRRREEEAAALLLYY wanted to meet ben so my mom told me to talk to some lady that had a badge on to see if they were still in there. she ended up working there and got ben to come out ant meet meeee!!!

^^^this is what i basically said in the topic i posted for SXSW but the way it happened was my mom kept telling me to talk her and i was too focused on what in the world i could to do wait for them to come out or something. I remember my mom saw him first and then i started yelling "ben!!!" he turned smiled, i died for 5 seconds, then i just starting speaking jiborish (sp) and he was like "what? i cant understand you" and smiling, i felt dumb, but he was just so gorgeous i didnt know if it was real or not lol we talked, took pictures, he signed my shirt, that was it...heres some pix cuz my mom was like going crazy with the camera lol

uhm. i've met ben once.
warped tour 06. i was under the plain white t's tent.
(if you were at the san francisco warped tour, i was the asian girl sitting behind tom)
armor's tent was right next to pwt's and ben come by, put on his sunglasses, took a BLANKET out and was attempting to take a NAP.
mind you, it was like 90+ degrees out, haha.
i saw him, but i didn't want to wake him up.
luckily some fan woke him up to say hi, so i ran across pwt's tent and into theirs and asked for a picture.
so i asked brad, their merch guy for a little camera assistance. right when he was about to take it, ben sneezed so brad took a picture of that.

I'm not big on meeting the band, yeah I've talked to Ben a few times, thats just because it was in passing and when to find out when 'Dream to Make Believe' would hit stores.

Only band ive truely hung out with and had a few beers with, is boysetsfire.

Seriously, I got over that whole omg meet the band take pictures when I was in high school, maybe earlier. Then again that's the age most of the kids here are, so I guess it makes sense.

I kinda missed that phase.....I need to go back in time, maybe 10 or so years

I just take my sister with me. She's 20, but not really into the music scene, so she's not jaded at all.

I think got over that the first or second time i met someone from a band,I meet them but don't care much for getting autographs,pictures ect. I just talk to them like...as people.

I've met them a few times. It's not like "meeting them," though, since I've been going to shows for a while. The first time I met Ben I was obviously giggly &lame, but that was also a few years ago and I had never met anyone from a band before.

I've seen them 9 times so I've met them 7 times because I didn't get to talk to any of them on this tour...unless you count Ben talking to me from the stage, ha.

I've never met them at a meet and greet though.

I remember the 2nd time I talked to them, I called Nash Neil because the guys from STUN was outside and I had just said his name and then Nash came by. He 'yelled' at me and then made this real sad face and then the next 3 times I saw them he wouldn't leave me alone about it, haha.

And then the time Ben sat with me on the steps at Laga and helped me fill out FOB flyers right when they first got signed to Island and we were writting weird things on the flyers and talking about Something Corporate.
And then Anthony, oh Anthony...that's all I'm going to say about him, hahah.
And PJ and his Trogdor shirt, I wonder if he remembers the words to that song yet.

I miss these guys.
I haven't really talk talked to them in 3 years and that makes me sad =[

i met armor this past saturday at the taking back sunday tour.
i literally ran over to that signing table.

i've seen them 11 times. i've met them all 11. plus meeting them at the video shoot for the truth about heaven, so technically 12 times. & i've gotten 2 kisses from ben. i haven't seen them since warped tour '06,, and i miss them like crazy.

Did you go to the "last get up kids" show or the actual last one?

A few years back they played here (Worchester, MA) and it was supposed to be their OMG LAST SHOW EVAH / a big deal, and I remembered hearing they played more shows a few months later.

Nope, I went to the very last show ... July 2nd of 05.... In Kansas City. Which was the very last show.

I met them in March at The Rave in Milwaukee. I was so in aww, i couldn't think of anything to say. So I said "He's so cute." about Ben like he wasn't there when he was in front of me. Then I said "Oh god, i'm going to pass out." And he gave me a fake smile as if to say "move along" lmao. Then I went back to meet them all for a second time. and still couldn't say anything to anyone except PJ, I complemented PJ's hair twice(it was a complete mess) and he laughed. Then after the show we ran into Ben in the parking lot, but we didn't get to talk to him, because he walked away and got in a car filled with girls. That's my Armor story. lol
