I bought all your music via itunes (every cd you have on itunes) recently I had my ipod bust and my hd on my laptop die (nice timing)
because of this I lost most of your songs but managed to recover some of them. Now here is where I get a little irritated. Itunes let me download most of the music I had but about 46$ of it I couldn't (including your cds) because of one small change you made on your cds your genre changed from rock to alternative, because of this I have to pay for your music again (more money for you anyways right lol)
Just wanted to vent my frustration. Don't mess with your cds again on itunes please.

there are ways to get stuff of dead hard drives, from what i know.
and it would have been easier to just get them from a torrent or something, at least you paid once.

that sucks.
that's why i never buy music digitally.
i like having the actual album.
i don't fully trust technology.

I fail to see how this is their fault. I'd be mad at itunes. And instead of rebuying the music I would've downloaded from a torrent or another p2p program since I'd already paid for it in the first place. And I would've burned the mp3s to cd.

I'm pretty sure that was Itunes' decision.
