I'm not sure how many of you were fans of the Blood Brothers, but I definitely was, so it was really a shame when they started to kind of suck and then broke up. I recently had the opportunity to see one of the bands that some of the members are now in called Past Lives and they were really good. A new San Diego band also played with them that contains two of the members that were in The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower who were really, really good as well and should be listened to. Very catchy. http://www.myspace.com/crocodilescrocodilescrocodiles

but, MAYBE past lives might be better... I havent heard them yet. I'll give them a try. But I hated hated hated the blood brothers cause of the singer... the guy with the really annoyingly high screechy voice. But I did meet all of the band randomly in san francisco one day about a year ago. They were at least nice people.

Yeah, I wanted to go to their farewell show, but my doofus friend thought it was a day later than it was. I guess it was sold out anyway. It was a bummer, but Crocodiles is really good. Chuck is super nice. I asked if they had an EP or CD for sell and he tried giving me their single on vinyl for free. My friend finally forced 10 bucks on him.
