So I'm sure everyone knows that So Cal is on fire as is custom around the end of October. I'm bored and it smells like burning outside, so I've got nothing to do except clean my room and wait around to hear if we'll be evacuated today or not. Thought I'd post some pics I've taken for your viewing pleasure.

i really hope you aren't evacuated. this whole thing is scary to me. i was involved in the 2003 fires & my house burnt down. so i feel horribly for everyone that is involved in this fire.it's really smokey out here as well, as soon as you walk outside you're welcomed by the smell of smoke.i hope things are okay for you. keep us updated on your side, plzplzplz.

I'm sorry to hear that, that really sucks. It seems like we've learned a lot from the Cedar Fires of 2003. Only one fatality directly related to the fires so far.

It really seems like I'm not gonna have to evacuate, but with some wind blowing to the east and others blowing to the west it's gotten kind of unpredictable. I still have all my important shit loaded up in my car just in case.

haha yeah that's a good idea.
i hate how hot it is though, and it feels like it's 5 o'clock when it's really like 1.

we really have learned alot. you'd think we'd all be used to this fiery devastation once a year, at least. but it's still something that's hard to cope with.

i'm glad you haven't had to evacuate aaand i hope it stays that way. it's always unpredictable. you never really know where it's gonna head. i'm surprised it isn't heading my way this one time. but that is a good idea, so if there is a need to evacuate you'll be ready.
