Any1 like them? New Cd came out today it's quite fantastic

i don't like them much but i thought i would give santi a try. it didn't do anything for me.

I liked some of their old cd.
i like about 4 songs but from those songs
they're not all tha bad.

I honestly thought someone would post a thread with them sooner ... new album is terrible and no, dont like them.

i like "Almost Here" or whatever that cd is called.. i havent got santi yet but i have this feeling that i wont like it cuz they said if fans are expecting another "almost here" then they wont like it... ive only heard "we've got a big mess on our hands" its ok but not as good as "checkmarks" or "slow down" but william beckett is still bangin!!

Its kind of like 'Almost Here', but not as catchy ... Album seems rushed and just thrown together

so is it worth my money or not?

Not even worth the time that it took me to download it ... if anything, download it, dont give their record company the satisfaction of buying it.

i disagree. i think santi, and almot here for that matter, are great albums. i bought almost here before i had even heard much of tai and it was one of the best decisions i've ever made.

"Almost Here' was a pretty decent album, but Santi is horrid.

there are very few songs that I like.

but they are ok.
as for their new stuff/cd never heard any of it.

Only song I can bare through is The Phrase That Pays.

Ok, so I heard their new song earlier on FUSE.

I think it's annoying, I like the video but the song is bleh.

definitely nothing like their first though.

SANTI IS FUCKING AMAZING.
TAI haven't let me down,honestly i thought i was going to be dissapointed before i listened to all of the album,meaning judging from 'we've got a big mess on our hands',even though i like that song now too.

I love Almost Here. it's an amazing album and TAI are one great band!! good music, great live. just fabolous.

i hope to get Santi very soon, but i have listened to it on the AOL first listen thing and it's amazinggg!!!! they put out one great second album. i'm so proud of them and i can't wait to actually get it!!!

It is different, so i can see how people wouldn't like it, but i loveee it. i'm listening to Chop Chop at the moment. good song.

they're really good live.
i think they're better live than on the cd.

I actually like Santi a lot. I'm not a huge tai fan, but I liked Almost Here a lot and I knew they'll never be able to top that cd, so I actually like Santi.

The old fans have to accept, though, they're older and TRYING to get more sophisticated.

I wasnt an old fan .... but I gave their new album a shot, and it failed for me liking it

and i think they had more,"grown up" things to say because they've probably had more serious relationships and they kicked out one of their old members.

I'm an older fan, and i'm really glad it's different. it's cool. i love it!!

they are amazing live. i must agree with that. i'm seeing them on the Honda Civic tour so that should be awesome. i hope they do a smaller tour after that though. seeing them up close is great.

TAI is pretty good, the guys are nice. I haven't heard the new album yet, but from anyone I know that has... I've only heard negative things.

it'd not horrible but it's one of those cds that take some getting use to you know?

exactly! when i first heard it i haaaated it. but i got used to it and now i can honestly say i like it.

I always listen to an album 3-4 times before I decide if I like it or not ... Because a lot of albums are like that, you listen to it once and then hate it, but you listen to it again, it becomes catchy.

So, i gave that album a shot.

The first time I heard Bulls in Brooklyn, I didn't like it, but it's soo catchy. It's grown on me a lot.

yeah, you have to give some things a second or third listen to really decide. i loved it on the first listen, but i don't know.that's just me.
Bulls in Brooklyn is an AMAZING song.

its pretty good. and william sings right where im comfortable singing.

I love every song on Santi. I was really worried when I first heard the new songs but I can't stop listening now. I'm seeing them at the honda civic tour I can't wait
